Auction winners will be charged an amount equal to the Buyers Premium as a non-refundable deposit on their nominated credit card. GTS Auctions will check that you have sufficient credit on your nominated card when you begin bidding on an auction. Auction winners will receive an email from GTS with details about how to pay the remaining purchase amount and when and where to collect the purchased vehicle.

Re-Sell your vehicle within 30 days of winning it at auction without a listing fee. GTS ReSell is a unique service. Within 30 calendar days, if you decide to Re-Sell your vehicle you have won at a GTS auction, we will waive the listing fee for you to re-list the same vehicle with GTS Auctions.

This is an auction sale – all items are sold on an “as is, where is” basis and without a cooling off period. You must ensure you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions – by registering and bidding, you have agreed to the GTS Auctions Terms and Conditions of sale. All bids are final and cannot be withdrawn once made.

You may drop off / pick up your vehicle at our premises. We can also arrange vehicle transportation for a charge.

Typically, five business days after the end of your successful auction. GTS will contact you if a delay is anticipated.

GST is included in the purchase price of all vehicles and on all fees and charges. Business purchasers registered for GST may be able to claim a GST refund – please refer to your accountant.

Reserve prices can only be changed before an auction goes live.
